SCOUT INSTRUCTOR SERIES - Meet Chloe!

Meet Chloe! Chloe’s Reformer classes are dynamic, energising, and guaranteed to leave you feeling the burn (in the best way). She’s all about building confidence and making sure those obliques are working hard.

How long have you been teaching at SCOUT?

I have been teaching at Scout for about a year and I have been teaching for one year and two months now.

What is your favourite class to teach at Scout?

My favourite class to teach would be the Reformer Parents and Cubs class.

How would you describe your teaching style?

I would say my classes are dynamic and fun. I tend to use one thing and move around that, so there’s less transitioning which really make people work!

What is your favourite Pilates exercise?

My favourite Pilates exercise would be anything related to obliques, I love obliques - I’m obsessed!

What is your favourite thing about teaching?

My favourite thing about teaching is seeing my clients build confidence when they move on the Reformer.

What do you like to do when you’re not teaching?

When I’m not teaching, I'll be calling my family because I'm here alone, so I miss them back at home!

What piece of advice would you give to someone just starting Pilates?

My advice would be to move slow and controlled. Also, just listen to your body - take a break whenever you need and don't overwork your body.
