YIN YOGA + HOT STONE THERAPY

SPECIALTY CLASS

Tuesday 1 October 7.30pm - 8.45pm with Mandi Rose

Our Yin + Hot Stone Therapy class is a practice of passively held poses and calming breath work which induces deep relaxation, natural healing and restores balance.

Volcanic stones are heated to a comfortable temperature and placed on your body in a variety of poses. Touch, massage and gentle assists are combined with the heat from the stones to penetrate your muscles, melting away physical and emotional tension and allowing you to sink into a deeper state of relaxation. You should leave this class feeling nurtured, restored and blissful.

Benefits of hot stone therapy:

  • Increased circulation

  • Promotes sleep

  • Helps relieve muscle tension and pain

  • Soothes anxiety and stress

  • Assists the body in the detoxification process by hydrating and flushing cells

Mandi created Yin & Hot Stone Therapy after her journey with intense pain during her cycles, where she discovered the profound relief that warmth brought to her body during times of discomfort. It wasn't just the heat alone, but the harmonious blend of warmth and the mindful practice of Yoga that truly alleviated her pain. As she deepened her Yoga practice, she found that combining heat with Yin Yoga, breath work, and acupressure not only eased her discomfort but also encouraged deep relaxation and healing.
