HOW WE MOVE

Our classes are dynamic, inclusive, and expertly led. Scout Studios was founded by Lucy Beaumont, with one main goal: to make movement inclusive, community-minded and genuinely fun - never intimidating.

Our class schedule is packed with movement that energises and challenges - designed to be accessible as a regular practice. Choose from hundreds of classes every week across our 3 studios, including reformer and mat Pilates, Barre, Yoga, and Heated Classes. Plus, in Redfern, you'll find our sauna and ice bath and hot magnesium bath space for rest and recovery.

Expect clear, individual guidance from experienced instructors who focus on evidence-based, functional movement - always paired with upbeat tunes and that signature Scout vibe.

We use a variety of equipment and techniques - Balance Body’s Allegro II reformers, small apparatus props, the ballet barre, mat and your own body weight as resistance - to realign your body to make it feel balanced and strong.

Movement doesn’t discriminate, and neither do we. All ages, all genders, all fitness levels are welcome. We’ll help you feel stronger, more mobile and more connected to muscles you didn’t even know you had.

OUR STUDIOS

Find us across our 3 Sydney studios - ST PETERS, MARRICKVILLE AND REDFERN. Our studios are designed to be your inner-city sanctuary -  welcoming, relaxed, and woven into the neighbourhoods we call home.

Before or after class, stay awhile. Charge your phone, flip through a book, or just chill in our cosy reception lounge. You’ll find sparkling bathrooms, change rooms and showers, so you can roll straight from reformer to real life - no stress, no rush.
