 We are excited to have you join us for our first Open Day at our newest location in Redfern on Saturday 5th July. Enjoy a complimentary class for first-time visitors by booking one of the sessions below. REFORMER ESSENTIALS

12:30PM WITH ALICE

Our Essentials class is open to everyone. This class focuses on fundamental Pilates principles, functional movement and refining your technique. Don’t be fooled, our Essentials class isn’t EASY, however, we offer regressions and progressions, so it’s a class suitable for all levels. Socks are compulsory for class. Bring your own, or purchase some grip socks in the studio. Please note, we’ll be taking photos and video on the day for promotional purposes.


MAT - HOT PILATES

12:30PM WITH JULIEANNE

Introducing our signature heated mat class! Want an all-round mat workout that embraces the slow burn from the inside, whilst moving in the infrared heat? Our Hot Mat classes are just the thing! Expect the heat to rise to 30 degrees plus. These classes utilise a variety of props to improve muscular strength, flexibility and coordination, designed to target the whole body. Don't be fooled, this class will hit in all the right spots and leave you wanting more!

These classes utilise a variety of props to improve muscular strength, flexibility and coordination, designed to target the whole body. Don't be fooled, this class will hit in all the right spots and leave you wanting more! Beginner and pregnancy friendly. Please note, we’ll be taking photos and video on the day for promotional purposes.
