Is it an advanced class?

Don’t worry, it’s NOT an advanced exercise class - we use the skills that you already have and build on them.

We use HIIT, props and different class structures to make our classes more dynamic and fluent.

Pace is not always fast, it can be powerful and slow at the same time. Our teachers work with everyone’s abilities and won’t ask you to do burpees for 50 minutes straight (laughs). Therefore these classes will bring your heart rate up but it will also definitely bring it down for some portions of the class.

We as a team want you to succeed and every instructor here at Scout will give you lots of options and layers throughout your class so you can easily modify if needed.

And experience how with regular practice your body will adjust and crave those little HIIT spurts, your heart is the most crucial muscle in your body and also needs to be worked out regularly.
