With deep experience and passion for the movement practice and distinct specialties in both pilates and yoga, your facilitators on this retreat bring warmth, vibrancy and exceptional knowledge to the 3 night, 4 day experience. While each facilitator has their unique style, all follow Scout’s ethos of inclusivity, accessibility and fun, creating the Scout energy in locations that expanc beyond the Inner West.

Our Luxury Retreat accomodations is set on 22 acres of immaculate rural paradise, this property redefines luxury and serenity. Nestled amongst the hills of the beautiful Southern Highlands, the space is designed with premium fixtures and fittings, it offers an unparalleled retreat where sophistication meets tranquillity.
Just a short drive from the historic township of Milton and the world-renowned Mollymook and Narrawallee beaches. Whether you plan to indulge in the serene ambience or explore the vibrant NSW South Coast, this getaway promises an unforgettable escape.
INCLUSIONS
Daily Pilates, Yoga, Meditation & Breathwork – practice both outside in the lawn on the stunning property and on reformer beds at the boutique studio “Sweet As Pilates” in Mollymook
2x 2 hr surfing lessons with experienced teachers from Mollymook Surf School
Focused Workshops – Delve deep in to the pilates practice and how it can benefit our day to day lives with tailored workshops by our facilitators
All nourishing meals - breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner
Non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages at the property
Outdoor games and activities including access to swimming pool
A group lunch in town with stunning views
Wine tour and dining experience on the final evening at a Local Winery
Slow down with mindful activities, including nature-based walks and creative craft sessions.
Sample Daily Itinerary
7:00 am – Sunrise chill flow in the garden to awaken the body and mind
8:30 am – Breakfast: Enjoy a relaxed buffet style meal on the deck
10:30 am – Jump in the car and head down to Mollymook beach for a guided surfing lesson with experienced instructors
1:00 pm – Head into town for a nourishing lunch
3:00 pm – Stretch out the morning on the reformers at Sweet as Pilates and bask in a specialised workshop with our key instructors.
7 pm – Dinner: Wood-fired meals and locally sourced salads in by the fire at the accomodation
8:00 pm – Hot Chocolates or an evening vino by the fire and stargazing under the beautiful landscapes
