teacher training terms & conditions

Full terms and conditions for Teacher Training with Ari & Morgane (hereby known as “Yin TT”) are outlined below. By enrolling in a course with Yin TT, you agree to the terms and conditions.

Terms

All materials, including course materials, workbook, verbal content made by Yin TT are and remain the intellectual property of Yin TT. You may not copy, record, adapt, reproduce, republish, replicate, broadcast or transmit any course materials provided to you without explicit permission of Yin TT.

No guarantees are made by partaking in this course of the outcomes regarding profitability or employment opportunities. Yin TT is not held liable for any damages that result from partaking in this course - including but not limited to damages for loss of income, injury or business interruption. The materials in this course are provided in good faith.

This course is fully owned and provided by Yin TT. Scout Studios does not own the content provided in this course, is not the course provider, and is not held liable for any damages that result from partaking in this course.

Payment

Full payment must be made before commencement of any booked training session with Yin TT.

Early bird pricing is available where applicable.

All sales are final. In the event that you find you are unable to complete your booked course due to personal circumstances (death in the family, medical emergency, severe financial distress) you will have the option to post-pone your training to a later training date, or request a partial refund (minus initial deposit and administration fees).

Please place your request in writing to hello@scoutstudios.com.au as soon as possible to be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Payment plan

Payment plans are available to pay for your training in three instalments. The deposit must be made upon booking of $300, with the remaining balance split into two payments - one on 25 July, 2025 and one on 25 August, 2025.

If one of your payments fails, you will have 7 days to ensure funds are available and cleared. Lack of payment will result in unenrollment from training.

Full payment must be made before course completion.

Course requirements

100% in-person attendance and participation is required to meet the training requirements. Failure to be in attendance will result in non-completion and no certificate will be issued.

Please be mindful of being on time to each session and ready to learn. If homework is required for these sessions, please refer to your workbook and other information provided.
